At one of the most emblematic squares of Soria, Plaza de Herradores, open its doors Bar Apolonia. An establishment open since 1850 that has been passed through generations, with almost two centuries and as a witness of the bustle of the city, preserves on its memory histories of early breakfasts, restorative lunches, cheerful vermouths, open-air dances on San Juan and an endless list of stories marked in the memories of people from Soria and foreigners.

Located in the lowest floor of our hotel, Bar Apolonia offers to its guests a wide and sunny outdoor terrace where you can find typical tapas from the area, sandwiches, burgers, combination plates and our star “el Pincho de Calamar”. We should not forget the appealing Torrenillos that suits at every hour of the day. All of our dishes are made with proximity products.
